This palace is located in the eastern part of Golestan Palace and belongs to Qajar times. Naser-Al-Din-Shah became interested in tall buildings when he was visiting abroad, so he asked Nazem-Ol-Dowleh to choose a site and build a palace for his family and office work. He finished the building two years later in 1867. This building is made of brick and has three floors and two towers on the top with a small clock tower in the middle.
